When you sign up for the ""free"" trial, they hid in the terms and conditions that you will be charged the full price of the product $89.76 after 14 days and will be charged $95.71 every 30 days!
I went to Womans Freebies and requested eye creme. I had to pay the postage by bankcard. It was $9.95. Then on the 21/10/14 Biogeniste charged my bankcard $115.52. I did not order or receive any product. Then again, on 20/11/14 my bankcard was charged again $128.24, once again I have not ordered or received any product. I have contacted company and not received a reply. I have also contact Womans Freebies to no avail.

BIOGENISTE offered a "free sample" of their wrinkle resistant cosmetic for $4.95 which could be returned within
14 days if not satisfied. My credit card showed a billing for $4.95 on 4/18/15 and I was SHOCKED to see another
billing of $89.76 on 5/1/15.
It was fair enough that a "free sample" would cost almost $5 but for this small sample
to cost almost $90 is OUTRAGEOUS! When I called Biogeniste to complain, they said that if the small sample was
not returned within 14 days, the price would go up to almost $90 which is clearly a RIPOFF.
There have been 20 of this exact same complaint made to your organization between this year and 2012 and the Ripoff
continues with the same lame rebutal for unfair, deceptive, confusing marketing which ought to be illegal to protect
consumers. They deserve a class action suit to close down their dishonest, harmful business or they should make
good on all their refunds to their confused consumers.
I canceled this order well within the slotted time frame. A TOTAL RIPOFF. I would like a credit returned to my debit card
I sent away for product for shipping only. Next thing I know they deducted 97.72 dollars from checking account forcing me to incur overdraft fees.
