i played at bingoroom online. made a small deposit and won some money. when i tried to do a payout they denied 3 times for missing documents even though i spoke to them 3 times on phone and live chat and they never gave me all info. when i requested my $500 payout they also took out almost $1000 in bonus bucks which i paid for and won. This is fine but because i never got the $500 they kept the $1000 in bonus bucks which is not fair. They gave me back my $500 into my account but kept the $1000 bonus. I spoke to manager and said because i never did the payout they should give me back the bonus bucks. he made it sound as if they were a gift from them but i paid for everyone of them. You can't get the bonus bucks unless you pay for the games so technically i paid for them and they ripped me off $1000. all they kept saying was read terms and conditions which are vague at best. i would like to know who to report this to since it was my money that paid for these. do not play on this site because they will stall in paying you what you earned and rip off more than that. i spent $4000 of winnings and lost that and $1000 in bonus money. don't ever play on this site as they will rip you off for sure. if you want to just play and gossip and don't expct anything in return then by all means do so.
