On Wednesday, August 27th, 2014, I contacted Bill Waggoner on Skype (skype username bill.waggoner7). On behalf of my small business (Dopamine, Inc.), I was willing to hire Bill Waggoner for his email marketing services. I was emailed by his assistant, Guy Graffin, with an offer for 10 million emails free. The assistant's email came from Waggoner's domain (http://emailkings.net/), so I know it was a legitimate email.
