Bill Wagoneer made big promises about starting an email campaign and after breaking promises repeatedly got defensive and finger pointy towards myself and partner then blocked my partner on Skype after he had demanded a refund of $1,000. It was clear that the bad reports about Bill in the market were true. Bill told story after story and made excuse after excuse for why there were delays in delivery of service. He then promised to send a PayPal refund this Monday for which he did NOT and then blocked me on Skype after making rude unprofessional comments and more excuses and stories which were clearly not true.
Please do NOT try to do business with this swindler unless you're ready to get burned and waste your precious time!
Bill Waggoneer and Chuck Gray are con artists. DO NOT WORK with these clowns. Frankly, I'm surpirsed I gave them 750 to mail to 3MM users. They didn't mail to anyone, took our money and that's that. They'll continually say they're having technical problems, and just string it along.
I imagine they have a small list that performs, then they'll mail to it and get you to pay the 1500 / 3000 and won't mail.
However, in my case, they never mailed. If you've seen breaking bad, I think you can add that Bill's behavior may have something to do with this as well.
I wish I would have read rip off report before I gave this con artist money. This guy took $750 from me for the promise of email delivery and never did anything. He made some excuses but than even the excuses stopped. Its kind of crazy that someone who seems to have been pretty successfull in the email delivery market would hustle someone for $750. Actually its pretty sad. For these small sums of money it makes it not affordable for the buyer to hire counsel. In my case I have a lot of resources and I will do my best to see that this does not happen to anyone else.
Bill approached us on LinkedIn and we got on a Skype. He promised sending 52 million emails which for $1250 as a test campaign. After two months, he still didn't send it. There have been various excuses from letting go of his employee Chuck Gray, over sudden closing of his accounts by banks to even excuses of a personal nature. Even his "great guy" called Guy Graffin who inherited us as an account, didn't want to reply on Skype at all. And I am not one of "the haters" as Bill usually likes to say. We are a legit company that was approached by him and offered to deliver a service, we even have the invoice. After two months and our constant trying to get in touch with him, he disconnected on Skype and LinkedIn. I strongly recommend AGAINST even talking to these guys. They are complete frauds and crooks.
