Working with Bigcommerce has been a horrible experience.
issues with email, checkout, uploading of products, and templates. The support staff is not helpful and after months of setup I was forced to close down my store and move back to my previous cart provider. Support seems to have no authority to either fix issues or offer refunds monthly fees even after they disable your business.
It is my opinion that this company is just a complete mess and advise those looking for an ecommerce platform to look elseware.
I made a mistake by signing up with Bigcommerce and I have live to regret it. They kept charging my card over 3 times the monthly amount and then even went in my PayPal account that I set up for my website through them and took my money illegally. I have contacted the BBB and the news media on these criminals. There ecommerce is a joke compared to others. I will not stop until I see these criminals brought to justice. You have been warned stay away from Bigcommerce and watch your wallet.
