We purchased a home that came with a warranty for the water proofing of the basement that had just been done less than six months before we purchased the home. We called Big E Waterproofing to confirm that the warranty transfered to us if we purchased the home. We called and it took two weeks before they came out too even look at the basement. Then I was told the previous owner spent $10,000 but did not want to spend more to put in more tile. I was charged an additional $1000 for the work to be completed. The left wet crap all over my basement and yard. Broke Pictures, and glass that was in the basement that was pulled out of the way of the flooded basement.
I wached them dig up the exact same spots that they had done before and not do anything new. They left and the next rain our basement is flooded again. We have now been waiting over three weeks. It is spring rain season. They were supposed to be here today to fix the basement again but no show no call, so I picked up the phone and was told it would be a couple weeks. I said a couple weeks is not acceptable the warranty and your own web site says 24 hours.
The owner of the company Floyd Ebersol started Cursing every other word was F*** and dont call me again and hung up the phone. I called back and said hey there was no reason for your screaming or your language how can you own/run a business and talk to people like that. I was cursed out again called a Mother F'er about 20 times and told to never call back and hung up on a second time.
