I contacted Chris after being referred by some of my friends who had received satisfactory auto body repair service from this company. I had to get the front bumper replaced, painted and one of the tail lights replaced. I had to also get a dent repaired on my car. I was told the work would take about 2-3 days.
After I gave the car for repairs, I did not hear from Chris for about a week and he kept delaying the handover giving different reasons ranging from unavailability of spare parts to the paint not being dry enough. When finally I received my car, Chris told that the paint was still wet so he could not finish polishing it. The paint also looked little darker in shade than rest of the body of the car. Chris did not fix the car emblem on the bumper and also did not make provisions so I could put the licence plate on. I was told to come back in 2 days for an hour to get the work completed. I paid for the entire work at this time and also got the receipt for the same.
After I received my car and waited for two days, I called Chris and he started avoiding me. He never answered my calls, responded to text messages. I left several voice messages but never got a response.
I decided to drive to his work place and left message on paper but never received any call back.
Now I am out of my money ($550), the paint color on the bumper does not match rest of the body of the car and my car is without emblem, fog lamp covers and front licence plate. If I have to get this repaired now, I will have to spend similar amount.
