Be careful when purchasing any items on Bidspotter.com, I was on an auction with Biditup Auctions online, of which I won several items, then I was called at the end of the auction and was told I was not allowed to bid, then they changed there mind again and said I need to pay for the items. I was more than confused I was feeling scammed. Now they have hired a collection agency to collect the $91,000 dollars the amount due after they resold the items at a lower price. I am attempting to have a new law written in the USA to protect consumers against auction houses and there terms and conditions. No one would rightfully sell an item lower than the sale price especially an auction house. The law needs to read that if a collection is filed that the buyer will get the items he or she is paying for and the item will be turned over to the buyer after payment is received. The other Kicker is due to there terms and conditions there agreement supercedes all agreements. Well not exactly according to fair collection practices there has to be a good sold and received in good order for the buyer to be sued or placed in collections or a dispute may be filed. i am now in the process of filing a class action suit against any auction house in the USA over the past 10 years that has filed a collection or sued any party in the USA. If you have been in collections or wrongfully sued contact your states attorney generals office and file a complaint in your state.
