Ordered a pioneer AVIC7000NEX from this company, a few days later I received a package from them, after opening discovered it was incorrect item. I emailed seller and informed them I received something other than what I ordered, that's when the trouble began:
Seller asked me for serial number of item I received, before I had a chance to respond, because I was not home, sEllet emailed me again and asked me "what I was hiding" and "why wouldn't I give them serial number", so I gently urged them to learn how to read because I had already messaged them explaining I was not home. They became nastier telling me they called police, my response "great, give me the serial number of the item you supposedly sent me so I can file a report on my end as well", but as most people who are lying would do, they refused. I looked at their feedback on eBay and Amazon, which is where I had ordered from, and I noticed they do this quite often. I filed an A-to-Z claim with Amazon which is currently open. i returned the junk back to them as instructed by Amazon and then I got a call from Discountcentralonline which is a direct violation of Amazon policy during a claim. They stated that I sent THEM the wrong item and that they filed a police report, my response was "can you give me a second to get a pen so I can write this down", the dumb b***h who called me told me that I didn't need to write anything down then hung up on me. Great customer service! What are they so afraid of. So I called back, the pathetic didn't answer. Called again and discovered they were so afraid of their lies being found out that they blocked my number from calling them. I'm going to have to call the Calif. Attorney Generals office and see what further action me and the other victims can take. Please buy from a reputable AUTHORIZED dealer and leave these losers alone to rot in their own misery that they have created for themselves. The woman sounded half retarded and based on her inability to handle customer relations probably should find a job wiping butt, then again she'd probably screw that up as well. Guess she's unhappy making minimum wage. Anyhow don't get robbed like me and sI many others did. Steer clear of discount central online. Feel free to call them and tell them you don't appreciate thrives and losers like them ruining online shopping.
