Stacy Deprey-Purper of Better Business Together executed a reseller agreement in May 2014 and opted to terminate the agreement in Nov 2014 based on our pricing terms. The termination obligations are clearly outlined which was initialed and signed stipulating acceptance of them.
To date, the required termination obligations remain unsatisfied with the exception of BBT's "formal notice' of termination.
The primary breach is the refusal to acknowledge let alone discuss the outstanding balance of $11,400 for all annual licenses executed.
We believe Stacy Deprey-Purper of Better Business Together in Phoenix Arizona had no intention of fulfiliing the debt but she needed to continue providing a social wifi service in Phoenix Arizona. She contacted our provider using a different company name, Rise WiFi to setup a reseller agreement with Purple WiFi. She did not mention or reference our relationship until Purple approved their application.
Be forewarned that if your company is doing business with or is considering working with Better Business Together or Rise WiFi.
Ms. Deprey-Purper and Better Business Together clearly lacks any professionalism or business ethics. This action is deceitful and immoral. There has been no offer of a payment schedule for the owed balance so we are initiating legal action. This may have an impact if you're doing business or plan to with RiseWiFi.com or Better Business Together.
One of the statements made by Better Business Together was "this was strictly a business decision..", which we totally understand. However, it was the deceitful action and the irony is we would have supported them fully if this was discussed with us prior to their action. But again, we believe the financial obligation was their main concern and evidently they had no intent of paying this.
Is your business or company willing to do business with someone that disregards a contractual and financial commitment? Do you want to work with a company that ignores a debt?
If this doesn't concern you then Better Business Together is the right choice!
