First of all I signed up with betcoin.ag because their sports betting offers were little higher compare to the other sports bookies.
At first I discovered JavaScript issues on their site which prevented me from accessing wallet/cashier and withdraw bitcoins to my wallet. I am a programmer and I know exactly why it is happening - lack of testing. This issue also open doors for hackers.... Site is totally ready for someone medium level hacker to break it in pieces... Their wallet, cashier, whatever they call it has JavaScript issues. When you go to the wallet, it is loading SSL (common practice to secure information passing from browser to server) - secure page and if there issue, page is no longer secure... Most people use Google Chrome browser and by default if this browser detects client error while caching content... it simply stops loading the rest and that's why their wallet is not accessible, in IE it is different, in IE you get warning by default asking if you want to display unsecured content on SSL and if you say "yes", SSL is no longer protects your information, meaning information you send from your browser to their server is no longer encrypted and anyone, let’s say there someone sitting outside of your house or even bigger, someone hacked to the service provider, can see your information unencrypted. So in order to get money out, I was forced to use unsecured IE – Internet Explorer. I mentioned about this issue to their support that lacks ability to answer. I asked about it over and over again. No changes. Nobody cares…
What pissed me off today, I placed my bet on European Soccer game and apparently right after I placed the bet, for some reason these people decided to do some kind of upgrade. In result I won the game, but my wager is not paid even several hours from the end of the game. I asked to pay my win many times over the period of 4 hours and as of right now, about 5 hours, it is still not paid.
During this upgrade I caught someone on the chat and was told that they are upgrading bla bla bla, I should go to this old url, new url and that I am doing everything wrong and person basically said that I am stupid and that their site is up and running and I don't know what I am doing.... So far I am still unable to get my funds out of there...
Their support only by tickets which get answered whenever they feel like it. There no customer service number to call. Online chat says, their business hours is from whatever to whatever, but they are hardly online. When you get someone online, they only telling you to submit a ticket. So what's the purpose of them being there?
This is perfect example of the business that does not care about customers and as far as I am concerned there will be no more business from me. I hope that I will be able to get my money out of there....
