They take out more payments than authorized. I will contact my bank and stop payment to them and I will pay them off. You cannot get logged in and so you cannot see what you owe or and you have paid.
I was approved for 900 at the end of May. My first payment of 275 was due on June 12th. I paid the loan off in full....1175....on June 9th. Three days before the first payment was due with my debit card. After that I immediately removed my bank information from my account. I had so many phone calls asking why I removed my checking account info. I stated that my loan was paid off in full so why would you need it? The lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. A week ago I needed another loan so I called to inquire about it. I was turned down flat because of "inconsistencies in payment with my prior loan". I stated again that I paid the loan off in full prior to the first due date. I was never late or inconsistent with anything!! The woman had no response. They were not able to rob me blind with the interest and payments so I guess they don't want my business anymore.
Do not use this loan service! It is a horrible scam. If you borrow $875.00 you will be required to pay ove $5000.00 unless you can pay them an outrageous fee. Do Not Use! No matter how desperate you are!
This company is fraudulent and steals from their customers. I made a payment of $248.30 on a Monday and Tuesday call to pay them out and they steal cared me $22.00 interest after I had paid them $248.30 a day prior. They apply only $7.00 toward your principal and $241 in interest. I borrowed $800.00 and if I would have allowed the loan to go the entire loan process, I would have paid $8,148 for a $800 loan. Please run away from this company.
This company gave my wife a loan of $850.00 and $500.00 that would come to 1300.00. I noticed by looking at my account more than 2,630.00 taken already for this loan, and $353.00 dollars and $323.00 schedule every two weeks. I just put stop payment on my bank account against them because they said they could not take my loan payments out of my bank account legally. Well they did and overdrew my by 400.00. I talked to my bank manager and she said this is not legal. I have told them several times that I will pay them by prepaid debit card only for the exact amount i owe them. I cannot wait to pay them the 600 I owe them and be done with it. I am assuming that as long as I make payments to them they cannot sue me. Am I right?

On the 7th business day, they still would not confirm that I had been charged twice. They said that even after payment cleared they needed up to 3 more days to investiget. They kept telling me a supervisor would call me. Toward the end of the day a phone number from their company briefly flashed on my screen but when I answered, they had already hung up. I assume they want it to look like they called.
I then called my own bank. The ACH representative told me that the 5-7 day wait they had claimed was incorrect. She said an ACH debit is visible to the company almost immediately. She helped my resolve the issue by reversing the second charge. Then, she blocked the company from my account.
This issue has cost me not only hours of phone time, but it has cost me over $100 in overdraft fees as well. When I asked the costumer service rep about the fees I have incurred, her answer was to wait until I got my bank statement and send it in for them to consider, She would not state that the company would reimburse me for the fees they were responsible for.
I needed some cash for a bill and went to the Montel Williams site where I was matched with Bestchoice123. I was approved for 675 dollars. this was on August 5 2013. Every two weeks they get money directly out of my account. The first payment was 222 dollars and 16 payments later they are getting 132.50. So far the total is 3426.00 that I have paid on this loan. I still have an oustanding balance of 852.00. When I call to ask why I still owe so much they say I have to pay the principle first. I know i am being ripped off but what can I do?
