I purchased an expensive sectional about 8 months ago. The pillows are sagging so badly that you sit on the frame of the sofa. I paid close to $2000.00.
I called customer service and they sen a tech out to view the sectional. I was told that all I could get was new foam but if the cushions did this again I was under no warranty.
I called customer service and I told them that the quality of this sofa was terrible and I wanted a refund.
I had to deal with a very rude customer service rep and when asked to speak to a superviser, she started yelling at me that this was my choice and too bad if I didn't like it. If I wanted, I could take $750.00 credit on it to buy something else. Obviously, they knew they are wrong to offer that to me. I want my full refund so I don't ever have to go into their stores again.
I just want my money back because the quality and customer service I received was terrible and they do not care.
