Do not become a dealer for this place nor buy any of their trailers, if you want to call them that. Placed an order as a dealer for a concession trailer from rep Billy McCullar in Mayl of 2014. Told them if they could not have it built in 6 weeks tell me before going and further with sending a deposit. Long story short, I was promised in writing it would be done on time. I sent them the $1700 required to get it started. Over 6 weeks goes by, all communications stopped. I call them and am told Billy was fired, apparently he had not been submitting dealers orders and caused a bunch of issues.
Needless to say I get a call from a Jerry, hes laughs about the issue, tells me my order was never placed, then goes on to try to sell me some cargo trailers. I told him I DID NOT want any trailers at all at this point and wanted my $1700 refunded back.
No one returned my calls or emails, never once did the owner reach out, then I get an email from a Carl, Carl pulls the same act as Jerry, trying to sell me trailers and offers to credit my $1700 towards an order.
At this point I contacted the local police department. I spoke to an office Sprinkle, he assured me he make sure the owner would call me. He said if the owner did not call that day or by the next to call him back and he would move forward with alternative options.
No calls or emails once again. At this point Officer Sprinkles attitude changed and all of a sudden it was their word against mind even though I emailed officer Sprinkle EMAIL EVIDENCE all the way back to May proving that they committed fraud and stole my money.
Officer Sprinkle advised there was nothing he could do, this was now a civil case and basically said tough luck, even though they ADMITTED to him they had my $1700 and did not produce the trailer!
It is not wonder why Bendron Trailers gets away scamming it's dealers and customers, the police back them up and don't do anything about it.
Look up BENDRON TRAILER DEFECTS and COMPLAINTS, these trailers are also not safe, if you've had a problem with yours contact the NHTSA and file a complaint.
As a dealer for many trailer manufactures, these people give all of the reputable ones a bad name in GA.
