I wanted to post a helpful blog I stumbled across for the previous user who posted a complaint at this site about the Bellicon. The poster of that blog used to work for Bellicon R&D department and has a lot of professional experience in health. There are a lot of revealing information that the writer is leaking through that blog for the public.
I myself came across the blog as I have been a user of the Bellicon rebounder for a couple years and developed a back problem due to its usage. I used to see a Chiropractor regularly for years before ever purchasing that rebounder so I knew that my structure in my spine etc was in good shape compared to most folks.
Using the Bellicon initially for the first few months was great but gradually I started to have different issues in different parts of my knees and ankles hips just general soreness that I thought was due to getting in better conditioning so I toughed it out thinking nothing of it and taking it as a good sign.
Eventually going back to my Chiropractor a year later because of some back pain I learned the truth of what this piece of equipment was doing to me and my structure. I never understood why it was causing that until I started to read this bloggers information and study the science behind it and even dig up some of the research studies on the rebounders.
I would urge any readers to avoid bungee rebounders and the Bellicon, they may feel great and soft initially but are not good for the body long term. The company has refused to take my Bellicon back for a refund so I didn't even sell it I just threw it away and got a regular metal spring rebounder which seems to work much better no complaints even months later.
