I ordered 2 candles from Bella Candles. One came broken which they replaced. Then one of the rings lost a gem after less then one week of wear. The website states they are quality rings and my ring was valued at $50.00. When I brought this to their attention they offered me a 50% refund and 50% off my next order. I asked if they could repair or exchange the ring and was told no. Now they will not even respond to me. I have found several reviews from other people that are having the same issues. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied left with a ring with a missing gem. I'm frustrated that they have no option in place to resolve something like this. When I wrote an honest review on facebook with pictures they took it down and made it so I cannot post or comment on anyone else's postings. They will not even respond to me anymore when all I want us a fair resolution. Not one that costs me even more money.
My girlfriend ordered a candle and unknowingly enrolled into some type of auto ship scam. She received two candles but has been billed $49.99 every month since and also charged $2.99 multiple times randomly. The money had just been to her debitcard without being authorized.
When she called they have a voicemail that only allows you to leave your contact info with no other options. When She was finally called back to try to cancel whatever she was enrolled in she was told they could not find her account or anything that she had joined to incur these charges.
after countless calls and emails they continue to take money from her. Apparently the only information they can find is her check card number in order to take money from her account randomly. it looks like our only option is to close her checking account and seek legal counsel to stop them from stealing more money.
