I ordered the Bella At Home free trial and was contacted by a representative of Bell at home to verify my shipping address and started
try to sell me more products and i then told them i was not interested and if i wasbgoing to be charged more than
the $1.03 and $3.87 that i want the order cancelled and i assumed that the product was cancelled until i looked at my credit card 3 days later
to find out that i was charged $94.31 and i immediately called the company and the Rep started telling me it was too late because I had 8 days to cancel and they had already ship my product and I explain to them that I have never received the product that I cancelled 2 days after I placed the order and all that kept telling me is that they were sorry but that they cannot do anything to help me I actually cried because I am a sick disabled lady on a set income and that was going to be my water bill and now they took that money out of my account and they had no mercy first they told me they could give me 35 percent credit but then I told them how can they give me that less of a credit because I never received the product I called them crooks and told them this was not right I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they kept making excuses that the supervisors were all busy and that there was nothing else that can be done and I yelled at them until they told me they a supervisor was going to call me back it wasn't until the next day a person called me back and it sounded like the same lady that I was talking to the day before and she said her name was Arisa and she only gave me her ID number 11752 but she claims she was a supervisor and all she told me was she could only give me 75 percent credit once they received the product back and I told her how can I send you the product back if I cancelled and never received the product she ended up just telling me there was nothing else they can do for me I am so upset and live it how they can do that to people and just take their money so I am out of over a hundred dollars for a product I never received and I don't know what else to do to fight to get my money backI then asked for another supervisor that I could speak with and again she told me all the supervisors were busy and she was a supervisor so she ended up hanging up on me and telling me there was nothing else that she could do so I am stuck what they charge of over $100 I called back to the company and spoke with another representative and she told me the same thing that I should have cancelled before the 8 days and I explained over and over that I cancelled within 2 days of ordering the product and again she told me there was nothing that can be done how can this company do that to people just take their money like this please be careful ordering on these free trials I need help to get my money back
I ordered the "risk free trial" of the Bella at Home teeth whitening product on 12/25/14. It arrived on 12/29/14. I was charged $92.13 today because they are claiming the trial period is over. The information on THEIR site says there is a 10 day trial period before you are charged. I haven't tried the product yet but the costumer service is horrible. The rep was disrespectful and read the terms to me but did not understand how to count. She spoke over me to read and explained her job description to me which was irrelevant. The facts are, it has NOT been 10 days. I'm waiting on a supervisor callback before contacting my bank to dispute the charge. This is a horrible business. Do not fall for their illegal scams.
I signed up for bella at home teeth whitening system on oct 20, 2014 and charged $1.03 and $3.87 on my bank card. I called on the 27th because I never received products and told them I wanted to cancel so I wouldn't be charged $92.13. I also sent email stating I never received product and wanted to cancel so I wouldn't be charged. I checked with post office. Product was delivered but I never received it. I even check with my neighbors to see if it was put in their box by mistake. Well on Nov 7 my bank acct was charged $92.13 and still no product. I called in to make sure they canceled. I spoke to guy and he said there really nothing they can do but since there was a miscommunication they would refund me 33% in 24 hours. Well it is now Nov 9th. Charged over $97, Still no product and still no refund. They didn't even offer to replace the product. I told them I still wanted it but I havent even tried it yet.
Bella Brite offered a free trial if you paid the shipping costs of $3.94 for the trial. When the trial came they also put in the box a full mounths supply and charge my credit card for the shipping costs another $94.00 for the complete months supply. I called them and ask to send the product back and they told me sorry once the product was charged to my account I could not retern it. Something should be done about this company as they are not following the guide lines of honest bussiness practices.This is criminal!
