I was a manager for belk for 2 years. This company is horrible. They promote honesty, integrity with family values. This is so far from the truth. They are all about harrasment, bullying, intimidation and lies. There clothes fall apart in minutes and they have been caught making there own pricing on out dated items. They asked us to work in terrible conditions, to do illegal and unsafe things. They should be shut down and I urge people to think twice about purchasing or working for a company who is mean and treats there employees like modern day slaves. No exaggeration.
