Beautemur Orbeaute Stemlogica appears to associated with Beautmer Tired a tied the product on trial bases, then charged two weeks later for $159.98. I tried to cancel, customer service number put you on hold forevere, they have several websites and eventually I was able to find email address to cancle. The company get you to tri the product than charges you for the product if the product is not sent back withing 14 days. This is not clear on the website.. Plus, I ordered Beautemer and two week later received Stemologica, which I didn't order and still was chagred. I have called my bank s well asw written to their corporate and local branch to reverse this chage and sent the companies notices that I was doing this and the next step would be to contact lawyer. It on the Intertnet but through differen countries Internet
I had tried to cancel it by calling the customer service phone number given to me, but ended up on hold the three times I called. I looked for their webstite and found several and canceled on all of them. Then I finally located a legitimate email address and cancelled. They said no moe orders will be sent, but the next day, I received a charge of $149.98. Agian I disputed this with my bank as well as sent letters to the corporate bank and the local branch complete with four pages of complaints I found on the Internet as so many people have been scammed by this company. On top of that, I was charged something called an overseas chage.
The products evedently are only sold on the Internet and comes from several different companies. The charge on my bank came from London and the other charge (for the trial) came from Turkey.
I thought I ordered just the one product Beautmer and was surprised I received a pacakages of Stemologica.
Also, there is no way you can receive the sample unless you agree with the them sending you products every month. After that, you can cancel.
This may be technicallly legal, but it is still a scam. If a sample come with conditions, it should be very clear to avoid confusion. This is a same, becasue if my bank can't get this reversed, I am out $300 dollas unless I theated a lawer.
