Do not buy from this online store. If the product you get ends up being defective they simply send you to the manufacturer, abstaining themselves from any and all responsibility. They won't even file a trouble ticket for you. When the manufacturer ends up being of no help, you are stuck with a bunk product and no way to get further help/refund.

PayPal did not notify us of this message.There are no videos of man using it naked unfortunately.Please contact the manufacturer as they will support their product. We are just a retailer so can only help so much. They warranty their product, so if there is an issue, they will help fix it.

When I asked for assistance they simply forwarded me the manufacturer's help website. While the manufacturer did get in touch with me, they stopped helping me half way through the process and stopped responding to my messages. So now I am stuck with a $100+ paperweight. I would like your assistance in getting a refund. As you can below, I've done what I could in this case.
