I bought doors from this company on feb 19th. 2015 and when they arrived two weeks late (he paid for the late fee) they were all damaged (I have lots of picture to prove it) and was not dry enough to sand or stain.I was told by manage that if we sand and stain them it would fix the problem. After we sand, stain and ready to install them we found big cracks on 3 of the doors (we originally bought 8). I took the doors back to their shop and the owner looked at the cracked accepted the claim.
He said they are damaged and they would return them. He came back later and said he cannot return but he would exchange them for me. After couple hours wasting my time in their shop he changed his words again and said he need to buy a different door which it is more expensive and I have to pay the difference. I was still fine at this point and told him to order the doors and when they get to the shop I come to check them out and pay the difference.They were pushing me to pay the difference up front which it was 1000$ and when I refused and I told them that I cannot pay anything until I see my new doors and make sure they are not back or cracked he got angry and scream.
He shouted “I don’t pay you s**t and you can go and do whatever I want”. I was terrified since I did not know anybody in their shop. I left the shop and did not even take my door with me. Now, He has my doors which I paid 4800$ plus he did not return, exchange or give any credit to me. He gave the bad product plus zero customer service by screaming and try to scare people to give away by what he sold. I have pictures of my door if there is any evidence needed to prove my case.
