Do NOT rent from BNB, me and several other people have had the unfortunate experience of renting from these crooks. I rented a used book from my local college bookstore for class (A lot of the other books were ripped and one of the covers were ripped off as well and decided to go with the decent looking one) When the semester was over I went to go return it only for them to tell me that they can’t accept it because it’s in “terrible” condition, the same way I rented it. The manager was a POS who kept insinuating that I must have gotten the book from another bookstore and not from them because they don’t sell books in that condition (despite the fact that according to their checklist of what’s acceptable it fit all criteria just fine, spine intact, all pages intact, etc etc) and refused to help me and then they were trying to charge me for it. I canceled my debit card. They can send it to third party collections for all I care it’s their loss, not mine. I will never do business with them again.
