I ordered 2 items from this company, first time ordering. One item was an olive patch coat, I got a different size dark blue fleece jacket. Sending the whole order back for a refund, they assured me I wouldn't have to pay shipping either way, will have to wait and see. At least I ordered it through paypal so I can file a complaint if I don't get a 100% refund!!!
Deceptive shipping and return that you are not told about. This is not included in their shipping information. Essentially paying twice for shipping and returns.
