When checking out, user is presented with an invoice that shows zero shipping charge. Not surprising since their site has "Free Shipping" plastered everywhere. Subsequent to the purchase a second invoice is received with an absolutely exorbitant shipping charge. Attempting to contact the comapny to cancel the order results in no one avaialble, and even if an email is sent to company requesting that order be cancelled... The order will be shipped before anyone gets back to consumer.
The entire process is deceptive at best, and possibly even rises to the level of fraud. Too many honest companies out there to have to put up with this deception. Take your business somewhere else.
They promote the concept of "Actual Cost" for services such as 2nd day shipping. They charged me $58.74 for a 4 lb package (9X9X7) from zipcode 41048 to zipcode 91505, 2nd Day via FedEx. And according to FedEx website, the charge would be $37.21. SInce when does actual cost mean a mark up of 58.7%?
There are so many levels to thier scams, it's just not worth going into.
Bottom line... you've been warned... go somewhere else.
