I feel it's my obligation to write this today shortly after leaving this jewelry store dealing with Betsy the saleswoman. I have been doing research and trying the best to educate myself in search of finding the best engamment in mg price range. I first met Besty a month ago while browsing the store. She seemed very nice, and honest. I told her what I was looking for and she said she would be in touch after searching for the stone I had in mind. Last week she emailed me saying how she found the perfect diamomd for me. That being said, I went in today tonsee the 3 2ct diamonds she picked for me. When my mother and I got to the store Betsy kindly greeted us. We sat down and waited for her to get the diamomds. The first one was H color, VS1, princess cut- GIA certified. The moment I looked at the diamond I could see many inclusions with my naked eye from about 3 ft away. I looked closer and couldn't believe what I saw. When asked about the inclusions she said to me "youre full of soup" and that there was no way I could see that without a magnifier- well I did and so did my mother, very very easily. She went on for 10 minutes trying to lie and convince me that "it must be a reflection etc" with that, and knowing what we both could see, we got up and left. We walked over to Cartier and asked to see a 2ct, GIA, H color, vs1- we looked closely for some time and couldnt believe what we saw... The diamond and Bailey banks and biddle was awful, terrible cut that 100% couldn't have been Vs1, Vs1 doesn't have any visual inclusions to the naked eye- that diamond was worth close to 5k at most and she was trying to seek it to me for $19,000- please, stay away from this place! The original BBandB went out of business years ago and was taken over from a group of investors that paid for the once legit name BB and B. Please email me for any questions or other info about this rip off jeweler.
