My wife and I drove from Melbourne to Orlando to pick up my daughter and her dog at the airport. She came in at a little after 2:00 pm and had her bags and was waiting for us at the baggage area about 2:30 pm. While pulling up to the end of the baggage claim area where she had taken the dog to pee, your driver in a white van with your company name on it, kept honking his horn at me. I stopped to pick up my daughter and her luggage, and he started yelling at me to pull up further. When I told him I would not pull up, he nudged the van closer to my car, almost pinning me and my daughter between the vehicles. I went to his door and was about to pull him out through the window when a Southwest employee got in between us. This skinny, swarthy, poor excuse for a human being has no business behind the wheel of any vehicle, but particularly not behind the wheel of a van with your name on it.
As soon as we were loaded up, we left the area, unaware that this psychopath was following us. As I exited the roadway to the ramp to Route 528, he tried to run me off the road and made obscene gestures. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid him.
There were a lot of passengers who witnessed the commotion at the Southwest baggage claim area and I hope they got a good look at the name on the truck and will never use your services because of it. There were also other vehicles that witnessed him trying to run us off the road. I hope that they, likewise, will remember Bags, Inc. and will never use your services.
I personally plan to mount an effort to crucify you and your company name on social media. You can expect a dramatic decrease in business as the result of this one bad actor. He not only endangered the safety of my family, but he also destroyed your company's reputation in the process. I suggest that he be terminated as soon as possible.
Bags, Inc. is a valet service that subcontracts to various hotels in the Orlando, FL area, and probably elsewhere. When we stayed at one of these hotels in Orlando, you're basically forced to valet your car. After a three-day stay, we picked up our car from valet and later noticed (when we had pulled into a gas station a short distance away) that our front bumper had been damaged - scraped and scratched, and marked up with yellow paint where it had obviously run into something painted yellow ... As this damage wasn't there before, and the hotel parking lot curbs are painted yellow, it doesn't take a genius to realize what happened - one of the valets ran into the curb or a pole and didn't report it. We immediately notified the valet manager and explained the situation. He was very sympathetic and admitted that he thought they were responsible for the damage. However, after filing the claim to the corporate office it was rejected. They denied their valets could have been the cause of it, refused to accept liability. So we're left with cost of replacing a front bumper ... oh and our car is a lease, which makes this all so much better.
In our opinion, this company's valets are irresponsible and the claims department is dishonest.
