We recently purchased a glider from BabiesRUS and was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any retailer! We requested that the glider be delivered to our home and apparently the inventory control system is not communicating with the logistic company. I called multiple times and hit a wall each time. I then asked to speak with a manager and that just made things worse.
The manager was extremely rude and could care less that we were upset. After calling the manager twice he finally agreed to look into it and would call me back. He did not, we had to call him back for an update. He said he called the logistics company and was just waiting on a call back. I then called the logistics company. The logistics company said no one from the store had called.
I then called the corporate office and requested to speak with a district manager. The agent handling my call could not repeat one simple sentence back to me correctly. I was then told it will take 3 to 5 days for a DM to call me back. I said this was unacceptable and needed a call back the same day. That did not happen, I never received a call.
The following day I received an email from customer support stating they were sorry about the glitch and that they would call the store manager. Morons! The problem is the store manager. Not once did he apologize or take any ownership and apparently they are trained that way at the corporate office since they dodge a call back to me with an email and never addressed the issue of the manager being rude.
I then had to drive back to the store and make an associate call the local delivery company to arrange pick up. Thanks to BabiesRUS, instead of spending time with my newborn I got the run around and the joy of going to the store again and doing their job for them.
