Last week, my elderly, widowed mother hired B&B Custom Plumbing to clear a clogged toilet in her master bathroom. We spoke to the owner, Bobby Olson (who we know from previous work), and he assured us he would be the one to come out. Instead, he sent a technician named Jesse. She thought he was nice. She trusted him to come in since he worked for Bobby. He worked alone and unsupervised in her bedroom bath area for 3 hours. The day after he left, my mom noticed that some of her jewelry was missing. Several very expensive pieces, and some sentimental pieces she had for over 70 years. I am not saying that Jesse from B&B Custom Plumbing took them, but he was the ONLY person other than her that was in her house during that time period. We contacted the owner Bobby, and he was insulting and rude. She filed a police report immediately. We hope that this doesn't happen to another poor old woman. It is completely devastating.
