We are a cell phone acceessories company. We consulted with Azar Display in regards to products to displays our products. We consulted with 4 different representatives regarding which of their products would fit our need.
The advertising on their website showed different products and different product details than what they are actually providing. We put in the order, and we received the merchandise. We paid $680 for shipping to our facilities alone. We ordered 50 items that were supposed to be already assembled instead we got 50 pieces that assembled only make 25 products.
We called to rectify the issue and the company told us that the issue was our fault. They were not and are not seeking to resolve the problem. After speaking with 4 different representatives, they never advised us that the products were NOT already assembled or complete parts.
This company is nothing but a SCAM. They will consult and advise and LIE to your face the whole time. Do NOT use this company!!!!
