On Mar 26 2015 I purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima from Axis Group Biz before I purchased this vehicle I was told the car was in great running condition (Chris the salesman specified that the engine and transmission were in great running condition) and a song and dance about the previous owner trading it in for a truck etc but to check out the Carfax its good, Plus was told some guy was suppose to finance the car (07 Maxima says Chris the salesman.
So I purchased the car (07 Maxima) for 6,900 but after all the fake expenses it ballooned up to 7,772.00, First off they tried to sell this BS warranty but it did not really cover anything, Second the mileage at purchase, on the carfax and on the title all say something different. None of them coincide with the other. Within 4 days of purchasing this lemon I found out by the nissan dealer that I have $12,000 worth of damages to this vehicle, and all I'm guilty of is believing these deceitful, scammers and purchasing a lemon so I called and talked to Sergio.
His response was "you bought it, its your problem."
So I took the car over to Nissan 22 and I was told this vehicle was not safe for use and it would cost me 12,000 fix this car. Called Axis Group Biz again trying to rectify this problem once again Sergio was very nasty to me and to me your stuck with its not our problem.
On 04/02/2015 I brought the car over to my mechanic's shop and spent 5,800 dollars 2 frt strut mounts,2 frt strut shocks, all three motor mounts, transmission mount, pressure switch oil, what I spent on car so far on parts/repairs etc have all receipts. The transmisson still bad , steering steering pressure hose still leaking, timing chain guide still bad, control arms bothsides and a oil pan, no help no care. Plus they will never responded to help in any fixing or giving back what I spent. I worked to hard too have Axis Group Biz getaway with selling me a lemon and doctoring up titles and paperwork Axis Group Biz needs to be put out of business
