My car was towed there from the dealer, W.I. simonson. Withoput my permission. It then took 3 months to repair, when it should have been totaled. They gutted the entire car and charged the insurance company $35,000 to repair my Mercedes.
I had to pay out of pocket for the rental and they offered no excuses. Jospeh just yelled and said ""The car was being repaired and is the dealer."" We are waiting on the insurance company. He is great for excuses but never delivers.
When I picked up my car it was a wreck I am now having the state attorney look into this. I wish Mercury insurance would have totaled my car.!
