This company is FRAUDULENT. Does not even have many of the items they offer for sale. As NUMEROUS other customers have stated, this company takes several weeks to fill orders if they even fill the order, but they try bait and switch after a long delay to attempt to DEFRAUD CUSTOMERS. There are also reports of FAKE MERCHANDISE being sold in several instances with regard to watches and other items as confirmed by several customers.
Yes they have some high end customers they do take care of, they like to promote these isolated cases but for reguar customers, they either provide poor quality merchandise after a lengthy delay or they try to bait and switch you into a more profitable piece of jewelry for their benefit. They are a fraudulent company and scam artists. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Read the negative experiences of others all over the internet - they are true 100%.
