I ordered touchup paint for my 2012 Toyota based on the color guide AutomotiveTouchup had on the website which turned out to be the wrong color because the manufacturers name for my car’s exterior color was not even used on their website.
When I complained, I received the lame excuse they fill orders by color code only, but when I noted to them that the code for my color was a completely different name on their website, they said "well different suppliers us different names" (which may be true), but they should have had the original manufacturers name (Toyota) for the color on their website instead of completely different name.
They also charged me $3.90 for USPS first class mail and it took 15 days for my one half ounce of paint to reach me … taking more than a week from New Orleans to Baton Rouge alone. When I complained about that, they said well they are changing things in Washington (I assume she meant DC) and it wasn’t their fault.
While the $13.90 certainly won’t cause me to loose any sleep, I wanted to post this to document this companies complete lack of integrity from my view point. If you use them, I wish you lots of luck!
