On April 13, 2015 we paid for and shipped out a ABS Module which was to be rebuilt. We were charged $449.00 and had to pay separate for shipping. 3 weeks later we receive the ABS Module, which does not work and looks just like it did when we originally sent it out. I contacted the company about this. They requested we send it back to them...all the while our customer is without a vehicle. We once again came out of pocket to ship this back to them to be rebuilt. A few more weeks later we receive the "rebuilt" module back and low and behold...the dam thing doesn't work!!! I contacted the company at this point and asked what I needed to do to get a refund. They instructed me to fax them a copy of the invoice proving tha the customer purchased a new ABS Module from some place else. I faxed that over to them on June 9, 2015. June 11, 2015 I contacted the company to make sure they received my fax. I was notified by Matthew at extension 414 that he had submitted the paperwork to the accounting department and we should expect a refun within 30 days. Well...they've been ignoring my phone calls and when they did finally answer, Matthew had no clue what was going on. I instructed him it was well past the 30 days and we have not received our refund back to our account and when was this going to be taken care of. He then stated that they are very busy and behind and they will get to it as soon as they can. I instructed him that this was unacceptable and that I would be contacting him every day, until money is back in our account. He was very rude, to say the least. I've called 3 days in a row and guess what...their phones aren't working! I'm fed up and reporting to BBB. I am also contacting my CC company to start a claim against them since I paid with a CC in hopes that they can help retrieve the $449.00 this company ripped off from us. Please do not use this company...you will not be satisfied with their service.
Ordered computer for Jeep Wrangler two months ago. They have shipped us three faulty units, have not returned our core deposit, have lied repeatedly about when our part would ship, will not answer phones, will not return calls, have refused to refund our money. I have never dealt with a worse company! I will be reporting them to BBB.
