I ordered the PCM on eBay for my PT cruiser received it and it would not start my car after troubleshooting and changing several parts realized it was the PCM sent it back and my original one they said they could repair. Received mine back car had the same problems change some more items on the car thinking that it was something else. I took it to a shop they tracked it down to the module sent the module back again received another PCM car started but had all kinds of air codes and all kinds of problems only could drive 15 miles an hour Gas gauge wouldn't work speedometer wouldn't work ended up having to send that back received the fourth one that actually worked. Have $600 into car not counting the PCM. Beware company does have several names and different prices for the same module. When I asked them for a refund stating that I had three bad PCM costing me several hundred in troubleshooting the problem. I did buy a PCM from them for my Dodge pick up a few years back and had no problems with it. I told them that was bad business practice to send out three inferior modules costing the customer money and time. at first they were very nice about it and apologetic and then started to get defensive when I would not back down asking for my money back eventually she transferred me to another lady which hung up on me.
Buyer beware I don't think this company actually repairers the modules I think they get them from wrecking yards flash them to your specs hoping that they do not have a bad one and when you send them back they will send you another one in hopes that it will work by at your own risk I will not buy from this company or their other companies anymore
Do not buy a PCM from this company or any of its other internet named companies. When looking for an aftermarket PCM aways click on the contact us or about us link and make sure the company is not in Davie Florida. If it is, it's the same company operating under a different name. The first PCM I ordered did not start my Dodge Dakota. They told me to send it back and they would reprogram it. The housing of the PCM had a hole drilled out of the back which was epoxied or siliconed back into place. That should have been my first clue it was doomed for failure. When I got it back, the truck started and began throwing codes within 2 weeks. I first thought the computer was working and finding malfunctions. After replacing three sensors and nothing, I realized it was the computer. Went to the Dodge dealer and got an OEM PCM and guess what, truck ran great. I got beat for the $125.00 core charge because the old one was useless with the hole drilled in the back. Of course they would not give me a refund. Stay away from this company, it's just not worth the gamble.
