Everything with the dealership is a struggle, except them finding ways for you to pay them. Let me elaborate. After you get locked into a contract, they blatantly show that they don't mind if your satisfied with any service you receive. After I purchased my vehicle,I cleaned it out and found a surprising amount of trash, including a tampon. Wonderful. After driving car around I noticed singing l something was wrong with the brakes. I took it in told them, had to wait a few days to squeeze me in, they 'replaced' the old brakes with new. Free of cost. I left with my car and still noticed something was wrong, I barely had any stopping power, so I took it back a week later, and demanded they take another look at it. They said it was 'put on upside down' and had to resurface the routers. I was pleased on how they fixed what they have wronged except they didn't put any brake lubricant on the pads so my brakes squeeked daily, I changed my brakes today and noticed when they changed the brakes, they used what looked like a hole punch to compress the calapurs, and shattered them on driver side honestly, I'm surprised I had any amount of stopping power at all on that wheel.
And that 'free good faith brake check' from Automac is costing me than a brake job would've. I don't trust their auto shop, I'd do it on my own before sending anything to them again. Each time i took my car in i had to wait an insane amount of time,the first time was 6 hours, the second time was from 10am TO 5pm. Even though I asked on an update every hour, deplorable, just deplorable. Shop elsewhere. Do yourself a favor. I'm not alone on bad experiences with automac on Blanding blvd.
