I brought a vehicle from these ...... against my gut telling me to RUN! I test drove the vehicle and everything seemed to be in proper working order, except for the common things you would expect from a vehicle that is over ten years old..ie the speakers. Second time I test drove the vehicle, I took the vehicle to a mechanic and he did a once over and we noticed that the truck was leaking fluid on the ground. I took the vehicle back to the dealership with every intention to walk away from the deal but then i was reassured by the lying owner that the problems would be fixed. After all I was trading in a solid vehicle to put toward this vehicle. After a couple of days, they called and told me the problems were fixed. I went down to get the paperwork rolling to owning this vehicle. As I am waiting on them to contact lenders for loan approval, two other customers came in with problems with their vehicles. This one man said his check engine light came on and was staying on after he brought it back to them to be "fixed". These shade tree mechanics looked the problem up on YOUTUBE as a way to fix the problem!!!!! That's the second time I should have bolted out the door. But i didn't listen to all the warnings. As i am sitting there ALL DAY to determine whether or not I would be approved by a lender, I kept getting the bull crap words of "this company does everything old school, so we are working real hard to get you approved". They informed me I was denied by the company and tried and was approved by another company. Little did they know I would receive a letter in the mail saying i had been approved by a much more respectable company but THEY ( the "dealership") had decided that I should be linked up with a shady a*s company that has a very low BBB score! They didn't even bother to tell me i had been approved with the first company. Or give me the choice to go with the first company. So now that is a little back story of before i took the vehicle home.
PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS........ they tagged the vehicle with a 30 DAY tag and you would think that it is what it is a 30 day tag... Apparently they are notorious for not being able to get vehicles tagged in the 30 day period. That opens the driver of up to getting in trouble with law enforcement if they are caught driving said vehicle after 30 days. I called them so many times wanting my tag. But that was just the begining of the problems. As soon as I pulled into the driveway I immediately told my spouse that the speedometer was not working!!! We called the owner and he told us to bring it back down and he would look at it. He seemed skeptical of the fact that it wasn't working and maybe he thought he could get away with saying it wasnt working when i test drove it. Yeah i really am going to buy a vehicle that is that obviously screwed up on the test drive. Needless to say it was a wire that had not been plugged back up after the repairs. I guess they missed that step on YOUTUBE. Anyway, The company they linked me up with had taken back their deal and was basically saying we aren't going to finance this vehicle. AFTER the 14 day time limit they have to rescind any type of deal. Mind you joe and his group had taken my trade in. That would have left me without a vehicle. Finally after giving them every single document they asked for THREE times, I was granted the privileage of working with those scammers too. After three weeks passed due of getting my tag, I had enough and surprise my tag was ready for pick up AFTER the deal was set in stone. The funny part is THEY KNEW THE SHADY FINANCE COMPANY TOOK BACK THE DEAL AND DIDNT TELL ME! EVEN AFTER I GAVE THE DEALERSHIP THE FIRST PAYMENT. I thought after getting my tag I would be done with these idiots and could focus on making the payments to a finance company.
My vehicle started stalling out when sitting at lights, driving down the road, my tail pipe fell off, my turn signals stopped blinking, my ac doesn't work, my heater doesn't work. And according to law, a dealership has to give you a spare tire...i was blessed with a dry rotted piece of crap that they made me go pick up from a scrap yard. So now I am making payments and repairs. I totally understand the AS IS and that is not the issue.. the issue is SAFETY. Also, when someone asks for a CARFAX give it to them instead of some bs that anyone can make up. I asked for one and got some lists of this is when they changed the oil etc. I was told it was "better" than a CARFAX. I am totally convinced that they didn't make the repairs properly because i started having a rear brake line leak and found an O-ring tucked nicely in the hole where they were working to make the repair to my gas tank! It didn't belong there. I started going through the fuse box under the hood and noticed a lot of fuses missing... There is NO WAY they did a once over... some fuses were BLOWN and had been for a LONG TIME. Also, i am convinced 100% that they have someone helping them rig the inspections. If you look at my fogged over headlights with water residue in them and not sitting at the correct position I don't know a INSPECTION place that would have passed that vehicle until the headlights were corrected. BUYERS BE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I am so disappointed that these people are allowed to stay in business. People work hard for their money and expect a quality product. I am not one to write reviews about businesses but these guys NEED TO BE STOPPED. All the negative reviews of the company are not made up but are so very truthful. I wished i would have listened to my gut and went to another dealership.
