Do not purchase any warranty through this company.
They make it impossible to get service.
They use every excuse to not service your vehcile.
Customer Service is not soemthing these people uderstand.
They will take your money and not honour the service you paid them for.
I purchased a used car and got suckered into a 3 year warranty with this scam of a company through the dealership.
I paid an additional $3000 for service which they refuse to do on my vehicle.
My first experience
The warranty I purchased appearently includes a front wheel aligment service every 6 months. I called the waranty hotline and was told that I would have to bring the car into THEIR OWN Repair shop located in Toronto (70 kms from where I live) and during the hours of 9-4 ONLY).
I decided to take a vacation day from work and made the appointment.
After the mechanic looked at my vehicle, they advised me that they will not complete the alignment as I need new tires. The shop then tried to sell me new tires which were Over-Priced.
I decided to change my tires elsewhere and adived them I would bring it back for the aligment once done.

My second experience
After I installed my new tires, I tried to make another appointment.
After calling the calims hotline, I was advised that someone fromt he service center would call me back in 24 hours. I ended up getting called back 1 week later. The rep on the line advised me this time that I will need to bring my car into their workshop at 9am and leave it there for them to asses during the day. They also advised that they will likley need to keep it to work on for 2 days.
I advised the rep that I live 70 kms from the shop and cannot leave the car for a day. The rep advised rudely that they do not allow customer to stay with the car and that they will not make any exceptions.
As this palce was not accomadating, I just ended up getting my alignment elsewhere and having to pay for it.

My third experience
I ended up having some major issues with my AC and decided to see if they would honor the warranty AC repair service. After making my appointment, i ended up dropiing my car and having to take a rental back home, I was advised by the repair center that they would not cover my damages to the AC as the parts that were defected were not covered under the plan for the AC service.
i ended up getting it repaired elsewhere and was advised by the other repair shop that this should have been a part the warranty covered.
