I was the unfortunate victim of bad credit, I was told by this company i was approved for a truck that was not my first, second, nor my third choice. They told me to leave the title of my trade in at their office where it would stay until i either looked at the truck and liked it or looked and said nevermind. I have fallen into a bad situation with family and bills and could no longer afford to purchase a vehicle so i called them to share the bad news and arrange to pick up my title from them. I spoke to the manager of the natick location on the phone and I was asked whats going on, so i told him persobal matters that will prevent me from being able to afford truck payments and because i didnt want to try and buy the truck anyways and risk missing payments i told him i was no longer interested and would be coming up to get my title same day. He told me no problem and we hung up. I arrive and the truck was still not there for me to loom at either way so I wouldnt be buying it if i didnt see it and when i already sat in traffic for 45 minutes to an hour to get there he then tells me that their policy is to send titles and paperwork to their head office to be put in the safe and that i would have to drive there to get it. I informed him i would not be able to make it in time and had a person ready to buy my vehicle but it needed to be tonight so he made a call, made me wait about 20 minutes to tell me they are gonna call back. They called back more than 30 minutes later and said we dont want to give you your title back because we already bought thus truck for you, mind you i have a signed agreement stating deal is not final until truck is seen and test drove and I wanted my title. Best he could do after making jokes about my situation on the phone was tell me to come back tomorrow.
I would advise anyone with bad credit looking to get a vehicle to stay away from this whole company because i also over heard another salesman on the phone refusing to cover faulty parts in a car they sold a man maybe a month ago, because it was a used car and they couldnt be bothered and its too expensive.
