I just took out a 2007 Chevy Impala and have had problems since I've had it 3-1-15 is when I got it. It's supposed to have a 1 yr warranty on the car and AC ( motor and transmission) but I don't have the $ to pay the deductible. Contract says if I have problems before 100 miles to notify and I should be able to trade it for another. I did call the sales Representative Lalo and brought it to his attention. But I also told him if I drive to the lot it will go over. He couldn't do anything and had me leave a message to the general manager Sam. He took 2days to get back to me. I had to take it in because the transmission was going out on it. They are to provide you with a loaner car after 3days.I didn't have it for 12days and no loaner car I missed work. When the manager finally called me I told him everything but still didn't honor the 100mile warranty. And I believe hurried their maintenance department. I got it back and still having problems. I addressed all the things that they should check. It's only logical to fix everything all at once but they don't do that. I just paid $189.00 and my ac still wasn't fixed I had told him everything that was wrong. Now expects for me to take it back and pay $270.00 this time. I'm not made of money and have 3 more yrs to pay. Now it's either fix the car or make a payment I can't do both I have other bills too. They are quick to charge and call continuously if I'm late on a payment. I sure wish they were that way in having the problems fixed. Here in Arizona its hot and I have NO AC in my car.
I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer Unlimited on July 18,2014, Had to buy a battery a week later cause it would not start, auto zone said that the battery in the truck was not the right voltage, the AC went out, the cuse control stopped working and the ABS light came on and would not go off. The truck had a recall for the ABS and they towed my truk to the shop and had it for 3 months and knew nothing about the repairs then I recieved a letter yesterday saying they repoed the truck and is saling it in auction on 12/26/2014 after I refused to pay for a truck I dont have and didnt have for 3 months. they are scams and what goes around comes around. I did report to the BBB. I would nto recommend this place to my worse enemy at all.
