They do what they say for awhile but then do not honor their contract when you request that they pay off all credit lines. This leaves the guarantor (me and everyone else) liable for all of the debt that Jon and his sidekick Louie Frias siphoned off all of the credit cards. Jon says they are reorganizing but told no one about it until people started questioning him about late payments on their credit cards! Now all the people in the program are up to a $100K in debt.
