Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE use Ashampoo on your computer!
I bought Ashampoo WinOptimizer (not the free version).
IT DELETED EVERY FILE ON MY COMPUTER. 3 YEARS OF EVERY DOCUMENT, EVERY PHOTOGRAPH, EVERY BOOKMARK, EVERY FAVORITE. EVERY ICON.
I have lost 500 hours of work. TWO PEOPLE ARE GOING TO LOSE THEIR JOBS over this on Monday as the files necessary for there jobs are gone.
THERE IS NO RESTORE FEATURE. The "UNDELETE" also does not work on it either.
IF YOU WANT TO TOTALLY DELETE EVERYTHING ON YOUR COMPUTER, use Ashampoo. OTHERWISE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING IT.
Ashampoo WinOptimizer ERASES ALL YOUR FILES PERMANENTLY! THERE IS NO RESTORE FEATURE.
