Last year I used my personal credit card to pay for a 1-year subscription to Ariba's service. The company I worked for at the time later reimbursed the cost via an expense report and I thought that was the end of that.
I no longer work for that company, but in December of 2013 Ariba had the audacity to invoice my card again for another $449 without my knowledge or permission. I contacted them and demanded they remove the charge- I was told my best chance was to attempt to dispute it with my credit card company.
The company has completely ignored my request and I am still in the process of disputing the charge with my CC company. A reputable company would have resolved this matter by now, however Ariba's representative actually suggested I try to resolve it with my CC company since he rarely sees refunds issued or authorized.

I expected more from an SAP company.
