Available in public domain: The owner/subcontractor Sean Tajarrod (GC) from Arad Group Inc. has recently been threatening construction companies for hash money for the work that was never done. Sean has misrepresented himself on various occasions as a “licensed plumbing contractor”. He does not hold any valid plumbing license and is forcing companies to sign illegal construction contracts. This only came to light when several basic plumbing code infractions were pointed out during his limited presence on site. It appears that Sean Tajarrod has a history of such issues as published in a Staff report by the City of Toronto solicitor, Anna Kinastowski (Reference: Under the freedom information Act, published report dated October 13, 2011). Sean Tajarrod has attempted to extort monies from residents of Ward 20 and have received a “permanent Court injunction from the Superior Court of Justice” for attempting to defame innocent people who were not party to contracts with you. The published report is quite self explanatory.
Sean Tajarrod also seem to have a record of violence and have been charged with “assault.” Additionally the The Landlord Tenant Board has set judgment against him for behaving “illegally” and forced him to pay a significant fine/restitution to his victim(s).
