I have been with APUS for over a year. About 50% of the time I have to make mutiple phone calls to the college to gain access to my classes prepaid or not. I spend 2-4+ days getting my classes unlocked just so that I may enter the courses that I paid for Via student lons or otherwise. This even happens when they have already been paid in full and have issued refunds from overpayment. They refuse to let their students know in advance and when I bring this issue up they tell me I should start fighting to get my classes released a week before I start my class so that by the time the course starts I can have access and am able to do the assignments on time. They claim it is not their fault or job to notify that the students can not access their classes due to missing information or any other reason. APUS costs me more in time getting my classes released than the course work of the classes. This seems to be acceptable to them, buisness as usual.
