I ordered a part in July 2014, gave model number, the part they sent was the wrong part. I called customer service when part arrived in early August. The part they sent was 5 inches too long. We took pictures of our part inside of their part and showed how much larger the part they sent was than the one we needed. We called to get a return authorization number as told by customer service. We told them on phone and in letter that went back to company with the return item we wanted a replacement not a refund. We just wanted the right part. I finally called Sept 6th to find out about where our part was. They did not send a part. They gave me a refund of 7.95 less than what I paid after I called them in September. Restocking fee for a part they sent that was wrong........ I will never use this service again and I hope you don't either.
