We were very happy with APS because they came out to our house quickly. However, upon checking our dish washer, Ed said we needed a new "mother board." This cost was $397 and the part needed to be ordered. It was said to take 1-3 days. After we didn't hear anything for 3 days, I called and someone told me the part was on back order but now was in.
Eventually after multiple calls, no answer, being told there was a problem with their phone line, the repair guy got flat tires, the repair guy was stuck somewhere else....more voice mails, no answer, mail box full...Ed finally came to our house and "fixed" our dishwasher. He appeared to run it to test it and because I was busy with three little kids, I couldn't stand close by to ensure this was true - nor did I think I should have to. We paid the balance of our bill and he told us we would recieve some sort of credit for all the trouble we had gone through.
A few days later when I ran the dishwasher, the same problem occured. I immediately called and was told someone would get back to me with a time for them to come look at the dish washer again. No one ever called back. Again, we called and called, no answer, just voice mail and a full mail box. And now it's been days. No one will answer. No one will call us back.
We are so disappointed and angry. We will obviously never use this company again. Nor do we want anyone else to.
