I worked with James Fallon for almost 5 years in the development stages of his ApneaRX and SnoreRx product lines. I had an extensive background in Sleep Apnea. James Fallon had little to no knowlege of what Sleep Apea was. I helped Jim understand the sleep apnea market and introduced Jim to many medical professionals that were my personal contacts so that he could better understand this market. I was directly responsible for the development of his products as well as the introduction of Dr Robert lebby through my assocoate and friend Reggie Binns of New Millenium Diagnostics. Jim promised me a position with the company and promised me a 10% referal feee for any money's raised as a direct result of my introduction to investors. Jim refused to give me any kind of agreement after I asked numerous times saying that we didn't have a company yet so he couldn't give me an agreement. Even after I finally got an agreement that clearly states he would compensate me for my efforts Jim refused to compensate me. James Fallon used me for almost 5 years in the development stages of his company with no compensation what so ever. He is a conviceted Felon and seems to operate from a position of deception.
