Don't do it

If I could I would give 0 stars!! First off let's say that they are thieves! I used them for a fundraiser campaign soon after we began recieving complaints via email that their cards were over charged or that the billing statement reflected contradicting information! We had 50 volunteers call in and make donations guess what? We recieved 8/50!! The employees were stealing the money and were even using the cards to charge delivery food on a few! 10 of the cards were continuously billed for almost 5 months even after we pulled out from their services! Although they offered to repay the lost money it was impossible to figure out exactly how much was stolen because of the fact that their lines weren't all recording!! Stay away from this den of thieves if you actually want to retain donors and not have customers card numbers stolen!! And fyi 98% of our calls were fielded through the salisbury md office most days where I called multiple times speaking with Tiffany until I went to corporate!! I presume I lost over $20,000.00 in donations at minimal! Someone is driving a great car or has a rich drug dealer!

After over 10 years with this company, I had to pull the plug due to VERY BAD phone demeanor, negelctful and unprofessional appointment setting and message taking. They appear to have a high turnover and a large crew of untrained people who have no emapthy for potential law firm clients, nor are able to simply follow their scripts. The management are mildly apologetic, but there is never any improvement or showing that anything will be imporved. They are inept and NO professional service should EVER trust that their account and potential clients are being cared for by this racket. A review of the recorded calls that were taken by Miami, were chilling, horrible and we hope we can recover our good reputation as attorneys who CARE about our clients and actually want them to come to our office to obtain assistance. LAWYERS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT! It is not worth it.

AnswerNet is the most unprofessional company I have worked with.

They did a poor job, mishandled calls, didn't answer calls. One customer waited 7 minutes before hanging up; cost me jobs by telling customers that, "we don't do that" when it is the main service of our business. I have a restoration business and received calls around the clock and pay as much as $300 a lead and is important that someone answers the phone. They missed several phone calls after the customer let the phone ring for several minutes (6,7 & 7). They said that it was a month to month agreement but they continued to bill me after I canceled my services, indicationg that the email I sent informing a manager that I wanted to cancel was not enough. They sent me to collections for services they Supposedly provided after I canceled, even though they handled zero calls because the calls were redirected to another answering company that did a great job and are half the price! The employee I was speaking with even said that it was rediculous but they have to charge.

AnswerNet is a very unprofessional company with extremely poor answering representatives and I have recordings of their representatives and it is embarassing how poorly they represented my company. Customers hung up because the rep sounded so lost, confused and unprofessional.

If you are considering answernet I suggest that you save yourself and your company money and loss of customers and keep looking, this is by far the worst customer service and worst communication I have ever dealt with.
