My company signed up with them for inbound answering services. From the get go, it was a sh*t show.
The issues..
operators are incompetent
took them five tests to get my company pricing and services correct and only after I escalated the issue to a supervisor
they claim to be onshore (US based) but i receive callbacks from an international local
they don't test for accuracy, they feed your account to the wolves and hope for the best
zero accountability from the so called supervisors
after the account was setup, eight calls later (we record calls), we demanded answers from the supervisor. we shared examples of inccompetentcy
we were told that the issue would be resolved within the week
not hours two after we were told the issue would be resolved, the owner cancels the accounts claiming they're not interested in doing business with us.
Save your time and money, don't hire Answering Specialists to represent your business.
Clearly this was written by someone very professional, I think the first line says it all.
And if you see the way this person speaks, you will fully understand why I canceled the client.
Each account is assigned to a group of operators, usually 8 in a group. We offer free test calls so that the operators can get up to speed on the account and learn the account and that the operator can interact with the owner and the owner then has the opportunity to help the operator with anything he wants them to know or that they didn't do that he would like them to do.
This owner, in the 1st few calls, cursed at the operators and belittled them and the supervisors to such a state, that nobody wanted to even answer his calls. We are not here for that level of abuse, and yes, I immediately cancelled the account. We don't need customers like this nor do we want them.
As for the international cal comment - we are local and have no operators out of country whatsoever. We don't even have any operators with accents. We certainly don't call from any international locations and each call carries our callerid which is a toll free number of 866-503-7025. Not sure what this guy was smoking, but clearly he needs help.
The most entertaining part is how upset he was when I cancelled his account. He actually told me I couldn't do that! Some people are just unbelievable.
